Gallatin Valley in Gold

This year’s Autumn in Montana was mild and unusually long. I definitely didn’t get out as much as I would have liked too.  (If I had it my way there would be no deadlines in the month of October!)  I did, however, enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains, taking in the expanse of fields below.  From the study I worked a larger 24×30 pastel, “Gallatin Valley in Gold”. It’s available at Legacy Gallery in Bozeman.
